Service 01

Integrating 1C with external systems via OData

Your 1C stops being a thing in itself and becomes a data hub that your website, mobile apps, chatbots and AI services connect to — with no manual exports and no double entry.

// The problem

In most companies 1C works in isolation. Data on goods, stock, counterparties and documents lives inside it, while everything outside — the website, requests from messengers, reports for management — is filled in by hand. Employees move the same numbers from one system to another, waste time and make mistakes. Every discrepancy has to be tracked down manually.

We solve this through the OData API — the native 1C:Enterprise protocol that lets you read and write data directly, in real time, with no intermediate Excel files and no customizations that break configuration updates.

// A real case

Moving goods between warehouses with two-sided confirmation

The client's challenge: goods constantly move between warehouses and divisions. Previously this meant paper waybills, calls of "you shipped it — we didn't receive it," stock discrepancies, and back-dated postings in 1C, when it's already unclear who accepted what.

The sending warehouse initiates the transfer in the web interface — choosing items and quantities. Product and stock data is pulled straight from 1C.

The request goes for approval. The sending side confirms the shipment — exactly what went out and in what quantity.

The receiving side confirms the delivery — what was actually received. If there's a discrepancy, it's logged at this step instead of surfacing a month later during a stock count.

Only after confirmation from both sides is the document posted in 1C instantly — stock at both warehouses changes automatically, that very second.

The result: paper waybills and manual postings are gone. Stock in 1C always matches reality. "Shipped / not received" disputes are closed at the confirmation stage rather than after the fact. A manager can see at any moment which transfers are in transit and which are closed.

The same approach works for any business where data from 1C is needed beyond it:

Online store and website: current stock, prices and order statuses are pulled from 1C directly, with no scheduled exports.

Requests from messengers: a customer submits a request in Telegram or WhatsApp; it is immediately checked against 1C (limits, contracts, stock) and recorded.

Counterparty portal: a partner sees their own shipments, outstanding balance and order history — with no calls to a manager.

Exchange between branches and legal entities: coordinated movement of documents and goods with real-time posting.

If you have 1C and at least one task your staff do "by hand because there's no API" — chances are it can be automated through OData.

Bringing AI into business processes

Not "AI for the hype," but specific AI agents and assistants that take routine off your hands: they read documents, answer questions from your knowledge base, and help staff and customers.

// The problem

Modern language models (Claude and other LLMs) can do what once required a team of people: understand text, extract data from unstructured documents, answer questions, compose responses. But "adding AI" doesn't mean dropping a chat box on your website. The value appears when the model works with your data and is built into your process.

We deploy AI not as a toy but as a working tool: with access to the right data, with oversight, and with a clear payoff.

Knowledge-base AI assistants (RAG): the model answers questions strictly from your documents — regulations, instructions, legislation, contracts. An employee or customer gets a precise answer with a link to the source, not a retelling from the internet.

Document processing and recognition: automatic extraction of data from invoices, acts, contracts and scans. What an operator types in by hand, AI parses in seconds and passes to the accounting system.

AI agents for routine work: tasks where you need not just to follow a script but to make decisions case by case — triaging inquiries, initial handling of requests, drafting responses and documents.

Industry assistants: solutions tailored to a specific field, accounting for the specifics and regulatory framework of Kazakhstan.

Computer vision and face recognition: face detection in an image, FaceNet embeddings and instant search across a vector database (FAISS) — identifying a person from a photo in a fraction of a second.

// A real case

Face recognition service for medical organizations

The client's challenge: identify a patient from a photo at check-in — fast, with no manual database search and with data separated between medical organizations.

What we did: an asynchronous API built on FastAPI: face detection in the image, building a FaceNet embedding and nearest-vector search via FAISS. Records are linked to patients and organizations, access is protected with JWT tokens, and each clinic's data is isolated from the others.

The result: identifying a patient from a photo takes a fraction of a second even on a large database. Each organization's biometric data is accessible to that organization only.

Internal assistant for employees: "how do I arrange a business trip," "what documents are needed for a contract," "what do the rules say about this situation" — an instant answer from your internal documents.

Customer support: a bot that answers typical questions from your materials and escalates anything complex to a human.

Document workflow automation: incoming documents are recognized and entered into the system with no manual input.

Support for specialists: for an accountant, lawyer or HR officer — AI prepares a draft, a person checks and approves it. Speed goes up, control stays with people.

We build AI solutions on the Claude API and choose the model to fit the task — taking data-confidentiality requirements into account. For sensitive data we use modes with limited retention.

Turnkey corporate web systems on Django

CRM, ERP, HR platforms and internal portals designed around your processes, not someone else's template. From architecture to launch and support.

// The problem

Off-the-shelf boxed products rarely fit a company's real processes. You end up either bending your processes to someone else's logic or paying licenses for features no one uses. And the data still lives across several disconnected systems, between which employees move information by hand.

We build systems for specific tasks on Django — a reliable, proven framework that handles both small internal portals and platforms for thousands of users. The key difference in our solutions: they aren't isolated but connected to your 1C and other systems, so data isn't duplicated.

// A real case

The Adami HR platform for a manpower company

The client's challenge: an outsourcing company with a large headcount. Data on each worker already exists in 1C — hiring, transfers, details. But managing personnel calls for a separate HR system, and rolling it out raises the question: re-enter every employee by hand? For a staff of thousands that's weeks of work and inevitable errors.

What we did: Adami is an HR platform that doesn't store employee data separately but pulls it directly from 1C. When a worker is hired and registered in 1C, they automatically appear in Adami with all their details. There's no need to enter the same person twice — 1C remains the single source of truth for personnel, while Adami adds everything 1C lacks on top: process management, roles, approvals, personnel analytics.

The result: double data entry is gone. The HR officer works in the familiar 1C, while HR functions unavailable in the accounting system are covered by a modern web platform. Data is always in sync — no discrepancies between "as in accounting" and "as in HR."

Automating routine operations and chatbots

RPA scenarios and bots in Telegram and WhatsApp that take requests, check them against your data, notify customers and lift routine off your staff.

// The problem

Every company has operations that repeat dozens of times a day by the same rules: take a request, check stock, send a notification, enter data, reconcile a register. These tasks require no qualification, but they eat up working time and slow the process down — the customer waits while a manager frees up.

We automate such operations in two ways: scripted automation (RPA) where systems need to be linked together, and chatbots where the interaction is with customers and employees.

Taking orders via messenger with a 1C check

The customer places an order right in WhatsApp or Telegram. The bot checks the counterparty, the active contract, the credit limit and stock — using data from 1C — and only a valid request enters the workflow. The manager spends no time on manual checks and data entry.

A loyalty program via WhatsApp

The customer scans a QR code at the venue, receives a confirmation code, and points are credited automatically. No plastic cards and no app to download.

Notifications and statuses

Automatic messages about order status, payment and readiness — the customer stays informed and operators don't answer the same questions over and over.

Fault-tolerant data delivery to external APIs

An integration service automatically picks up new records from the database and delivers them to an external system in batches: retries with growing backoff, protection against double sending, masking of personal data in logs, a health check and statistics for monitoring. This is how we deliver meal data to the external Social Wallet service — with no losses and no duplicates.

Service 05

Electronic digital signature and document verification

Signing and legally binding verification of documents via EDS — built right into your processes. Public verification of signed PDFs by QR code.

// The problem

In Kazakhstan, the EDS is the foundation of legally binding document workflow. But in many systems a "signature" amounts to a pretty badge image in a PDF with no real cryptography behind it. Such a document can't be verified and has no legal force. And where an EDS is genuinely needed, the process often stays manual: export, sign in a separate program, upload back.

We embed a real cryptographic signature right into your web systems — at the level of the CMS and PAdES standards, via NCALayer and NCANode.

// What We Do

Signing documents with an EDS right in your system: a user signs a contract, act or application in the browser, without switching to third-party programs.

Verifying a signature's authenticity: the system confirms that the signature is genuine, the document hasn't been altered since signing, and the certificate is valid.

Public verification by QR code: a QR code is placed on the signed document, through which any recipient can open a verification page and confirm the signature's authenticity — with no special software.

HR document workflow: orders, applications and employment contracts are signed by employees electronically.

Contracts with counterparties: signing and verification right in the customer portal or CRM.

Legally binding acts and certificates: with the option of public verification by QR.

Any process where a document is currently printed, signed and scanned back in.

This is a competency that few on the market have. If your processes involve documents that need signing, we'll move them to a fully electronic form — with real legal force, not an imitation.

Payment and Ticketing Systems

Ticket sales, payment acceptance and access control in a single loop: Kaspi and Halyk, fiscalization via Webkassa, QR tickets, turnstiles and internal NFC payments.

// The problem

Wherever there is a cash desk and a flow of visitors, several disconnected systems usually coexist: one sells tickets, another takes payments, a third issues receipts, a fourth controls the turnstile. Data between them is reconciled by hand, and any failure at the seams means either lost revenue or a double charge to the customer.

We build ticketing and payment systems as a single whole: from online payment to the turnstile opening — one loop with a shared database, fiscalization and reporting. Payment operations are processed idempotently: pressing “pay” twice or a connection failure never creates a second charge.

Ticketing and payment systems for the Almaty and Shymkent zoos

The client's challenge: the city zoos needed the whole cycle automated: ticket sales and refunds, cashless payments, entry control and transparent reporting — instead of queues at the ticket office and manual revenue reconciliation.

What we did: end-to-end systems for two sites: ticket sales and refunds by category, QR code generation and validation at the turnstiles, payments via Kaspi and Halyk, fiscalization of every operation via Webkassa, parking tickets and camera events. For management — reporting by sales, cashiers and payment methods.

The result: a visitor pays for a ticket and passes through the turnstile by QR code with no cashier involved. Every payment is fiscalized and visible in the reports, and duplicate charges are ruled out at the architecture level.

Cashless NFC card payments in a closed infrastructure

A company canteen, a school or an event: an internal NFC card replaces cash. Balance top-ups, one-tap payment with a funds check, a product catalog, a cashier interface and a full transaction log. The balance lives on the server — a lost card is blocked, the money stays.

Ticketing systems: parks, museums, water parks, ice rinks, stadiums — online sales, QR entry control, refunds and reporting.

Kaspi and Halyk payments: on the website, in an app or at the cash desk — with fiscalization via Webkassa.

Closed payment loops: NFC cards for canteens, schools, companies and events — no cash and no bank acquiring.

Access control: turnstiles, QR passes, parking — tied to payment and accounting.

Money is the one area where “almost works” doesn't count. That's why our payment solutions are built on idempotent operation processing, protection against duplicate charges and reconciliation with fiscal receipts.
